Ashley is Bank of America’s Client Experience and Governance executive, responsible for consumer and small business client experience strategy. Her organization manages one million pieces of client feedback each month, shares real-time responses with 50,000 employees, and leverages client insights to drive solutions.
Ashley also leads Consumer Governance, overseeing operational excellence efforts to drive responsible growth, exceptional client care and a strong risk culture.
She has held executive roles in controls, financial center operations, online sales and product development, digital supplier management and digital fraud detection and resolution.
Ashley holds a degree in brain and cognitive science from MIT.
