Arthur is an executive within the Retail segment as part of the Consumer business. During his 20-year career in financial services, he has led global teams out of hubs including Melbourne, Singapore and New York.

In his current role, Tsirtsakis leads a client obsessed organization focused on providing clients with banking and investment solutions via phone, digital, video and chat.

In prior roles, Tsirtsakis led the Wealth Management Client Care organization, providing world class service to clients and sales teams of Merrill, Private Bank, Retirement and Personal Wealth Solutions through contact center and digital tools.

Tsirtsakis spent eight years with the bank in Singapore, leading the Asia Pacific Treasury Fulfillment, Service and Operations group. He was responsible for supporting Global Banking & Markets clients in a complex regulatory environment while driving a client care culture with a strong focus on operations excellence and transformation.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Arthur spent time with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, managing large change programs and teams across a variety of segments including Consumer, Corporate & Commercial Banking.

Arthur is a member and advocate for multiple teammate chapters including LGBTQ+, LEAD for Women, ALN and HOLA. He is married with two sons and is based in Manhattan.
