
Angele Noel
As an Associate on the Financial Services team, Angele applies her long-held passion for economic empowerment and racial equity to support consumer-centric financial health research and initiatives. Guided by her belief that every American deserves to live a dignified life, she counsels Financial Health Network partners in adopting financial health strategies with equity at their core.
In her role, she contributes to research and consulting projects with a keen eye for tech and AI innovation; she is committed to uncovering how to leverage emerging technologies to democratize financial literacy. Angele also advocates for systemic change. She strives to leverage research to both fuel evidence-based policies and inform financial products and services that close the widening racial wealth gap.
Angele has dedicated her career to furthering financial literacy, economic empowerment, and racial equity. Prior to joining the Financial Health Network, she advised Fortune 500 industrial companies on key leadership decisions as an Executive Search Analyst at Spencer Stuart. She also analyzed market trends and legislation during her time with the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Economic Empowerment and coached students to design and launch financial solutions as part of the University of Massachusetts’ Smart About Money program.
Angele earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
