As Senior Manager of Business and Technology Operations, Amy focuses on technology strategy and business tools, annual planning, and business insights. A believer in the Financial Health Network’s mission to improve financial health for all, she implements critical technology and processes grounded in best practices to empower the organization to deliver on its mission. 

From working with cross-functional teams to organizing training and communications, Amy leads the organization’s technology roadmap. She enjoys spearheading initiatives to transform processes and provide deeper insights, including working with Financial Health Network leadership to build its data and impact reporting capabilities. Through this work, Amy seeks to help the organization to make data-driven decisions and illuminate what works to improve financial health. 

Prior to joining the Financial Health Network, Amy led technology and business intelligence initiatives and functions at Arabella Advisors. There, she implemented strategic enhancements to Salesforce to increase efficiency and data accuracy, enabling decision-makers to improve financial forecasting. Previously, Amy worked at a number of Fortune 500 commercial real estate companies, managing financial and business operations. 

Amy holds a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and is pursuing her MBA from DePaul University.
