Abigail assumed her role leading Global Sustainability in April 2022. In her role, she is developing a multi-disciplinary approach to sustainability and ESG for the organization. Abigail leads climate change initiatives such as our transition to Net Zero, social impact and the development of a global social impact framework. In her previous role, she has also led and expanded the North America Corporate Responsibility team to help achieve regional targets and greater reach across under-represented communities.

Since 2017, Abigail has led global Social Responsibility and Social Innovation programs which positively impact business performance and employee engagement.
