Registration Fee
Your registration includes:

  • May 19: Breaks, reception, and dinner
  • May 20: Breakfast, breaks, lunch, and reception
  • May 21: Breakfast
  • Access to event materials.

Payment Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration. Discounts, promotions, or special rates must be applied at the time of registration and prior to their expiration..

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

  • Full refund (minus $50 admin fee): Requests must be submitted by Tuesday, April 28, 2026
  • Substitutions: May be made at any time
  • All requests must be submitted in writing to emerge@finhealthnetwork.org

Please note: Canceling your event registration does not cancel hotel or travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling those separately. If staying at the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta, changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Discounts

  • Valid for new registrations only; cannot be applied retroactively
  • No refunds will be issued for existing registrations
  • Group discounts do not apply to speakers, sponsors, or vendors and cannot be combined with other offers
  • Organizations registering 4 or more attendees may qualify for a group discount
