
Justine Zinkin
Justine Zinkin is CEO of the nonprofit Neighborhood Trust Financial Partners, and a member of Neighborhood Trust Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors. She has led Neighborhood Trust since 2002, cultivating the organization as a national thought leader pursuing worker financial security and financial justice.
Justine has transformed the role of the workplace and credit unions as a platform for financial empowerment through Neighborhood Trust’s two solutions: TrustPlus and Pathways to Financial Empowerment. TrustPlus is a worker financial security solution, blending human-touch financial coaching with action-oriented tools and workplace products. TrustPlus has served a portfolio of over 200 employer, fintech, and CDFI customers across the country. Pathways brings Neighborhood Trust’s proprietary coaching model and data platform into credit unions in partnership with Inclusiv.
In 2018, Justine was selected by the Aspen Institute to be a Job Quality Fellow, in recognition of her leadership and commitment to improving the quality and dignity of jobs for underserved workers. Justine was also awarded the 2017 Social Enterprise Leadership Award by the Tamer Center for Social Enterprise at Columbia Business School and has been honored as a Hidden Hero by the Andrew Goodman Foundation. Prior to joining Neighborhood Trust, Justine served as Director of Economic Independence Programs at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development and as Director of Workforce Development at Common Ground Community. She holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from Brown University.
