Ben leads Amazon’s employee financial health strategy for the Americas and is responsible for initiatives that drive measurable impact for more than 1.2M employees. He currently manages a portfolio of financial benefits that include emergency savings, education savings, charitable giving, and Amazon Prime for employees. He also serves as a consulting partner for Amazon’s retirement and equity compensation teams.

Prior to his current position, Ben held roles in Employee Relations, Corporate Development, and HR Operations at Amazon. He also spearheaded a financial education program focused on upskilling young professionals, parents, and expats in basic and intermediate topics in personal finance.
