Commitment to Education

Financial Health Network and the Stevenson Center for Community and Economic Development

Since 2016, the Financial Health Network and the Stevenson Center for Community and Economic Development at Illinois State University have partnered to address root causes of financial insecurity, and promote solutions for financial services professionals and consumers.

With institutional goals to foster both consumer awareness and professional responsiveness when it comes to financial health and economic systems, the Financial Health Network is proud to count education among its core functions.

Through our support of Illinois State University’s Stevenson Center and its educational mission to inform the public and train the leaders of tomorrow, we strive together toward a world where all types of consumers achieve financial literacy and stability through knowledge of options and systems, and where financial services professionals understand the connections between the financial health of customers, the growth and stability of the industry, and the strength of our communities.
