Turiya is Chief People Officer at the Financial Health Network, and believes that leadership matters. She is responsible for developing and guiding Financial Health Network’s talent management philosophy as well as articulating the organization’s strategy for acquiring, developing, rewarding, and retaining the best talent. She is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of the talented, dedicated employees who do great work in support of our mission.
Turiya holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from National Louis University and MSHR from Loyola University Chicago and has upwards of 18 years of HR experience across various industries, most recently serving in HR leadership roles at Redbox, Capital One, and The Chartis Group.
A Chicago native, Turiya hosts a podcast, HR unConfidential, and enjoys spending time with close friends and family and pursuing a passion for residential interior design.
