Michael Roush, M.A., AFC®, is the Director of the Center for Disability-Inclusive Community Development at National Disability Institute. As a financial capability advocate, he champions economic empowerment for adults and youth with disabilities. Michael’s expertise spans financial counseling, public benefits, tax credits, employment, housing, and community development. He’s a go-to trainer and advisor, making complex topics accessible and actionable to assure the full inclusion of the disability community within pro-wealth building programs. Michael serves on the board of AFCPE and is a member of the Bank On Suncoast Task Force. Michael has Master of Arts in Human Behavior and credentials as an Accredited Financial Counselor and Community Partner Work Incentives Coordinator.
