Jody has a variety of experiences in financial services:  digital leadership at leading Banks, Partner with McKinsey, and innovative AI-driven fintechs.  He is currently President of Americas at Personetics, a global leader in data driven personalization and customer engagement for Financial Institutions.  Personetics delivers personalized insights, advice, and automated programs to help customers improve their financial well being.  Previously he held digital leadership roles at U.S. Bank and Citizens Bank, earning awards such as #1 digital experience.  At McKinsey, he helped financial institutions deliver growth.   Jody has an MBA from Northwestern University and a B.S. from The University of Michigan.
