Director, HR Operations Jack Henry

Crystal has over 20 years of extensive experience of business partner, employee/labor relations, and operations. She has held a variety of roles, ranging from individual contributor to senior leadership positions, primarily within the consumer products industry. Her expertise lies in leading high-performing teams, overseeing performance management, and developing strategic business solutions. Crystal holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.

In her current role at Jack Henry, Crystal and her team are responsible for overseeing HR operations which include Total Rewards, Shared Services, and Associate Experience.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Crystal is a busy Mom to her teenage daughter and is the primary caregiver for her mother. She is also pursuing an interest in tennis, enjoys traveling, and is an avid reader.
