
Bahari Harris
Bahari manages Bank of America’s strategic commitment to strengthening the financial health and empowering the economic mobility of its clients and small business owners. Community Banking represents almost a third of the bank’s financial centers, ATMs, and employees deployed in low-to-moderate income communities. Bahari’s responsibilities include leading strategic visioning, partnering with third-party non-profit service providers, and collaborating on product, marketing, and process initiatives. Previously, he was instrumental in launching Bank of America Pathways – a workforce development initiative for individuals from low-to-moderate income neighborhoods. Bahari graduated from Duke University with Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Policy degrees. His undergraduate alma mater is Virginia Tech.
