Capital One Large Bank $50 million commitment of new and existing funds to support nonprofit partners who are serving local communities including relief grants to local partners who are focused on food and hunger aid, assistance to small business owners, and support for low-income individuals. Citizens Bank Large Bank $5 million commitment to relief funds in MA, PA, and RI and a Small Business Relief and Recovery program that will provide charitable contributions and other assistance aimed at helping small businesses. Coastal Credit Union Credit Union Foundation is making $500,000 in grants to local nonprofits’ COVID-19 efforts. Learn More

Community Reinvestment Fund (CRF) Nonprofit-Supply Chain Partnered with the L.A. County COVID-19 Relief Fun for small businesses and Goldman Sachs 10,000 small business initiative to to bring an additional $15 million in private capital to the county’s small businesses and nonprofits through a new application portal. Consumer Action Advocacy Organization Created a page of resources covering employment/workers, food and meals, housing, healthcare, telecommunications/utilities, financial services, taxes and scams. Learn More
Equifax Data & Insights Launched COVID-19 Financial Resource Center to Support Consumers. Through this new online resource center, people can gain access to articles, podcasts, videos and more to help them in the face of an economic downturn. Learn More
EverFi FinTech For a limited time, giving customers access to a new Family Portal that will allow parents to receive direct access to EVERFI’s library of 20+ digital, standards-based courses for K-12 students on financial readiness, mental wellness, digital wellness, career exploration, prescription drug safety, and more. Fifth Third Bank Large Bank Committed $8.75 million to help efforts of pandemic, $3.25 million in relief funds will go to regions served, while $5.5 million Strengthening Our Communities grant funds will go toward supporting long-term economic stability. Learn More
Freddie Mac Other Launched a new “Here to Help” initiative to help homeowners and renters who are facing job loss, reduction in work hours, illness, or other issues related to COVID-19. The online portal features informative videos, fact sheets, mortgage loan and apartment rental lookup tools, and other resources to equip homeowners and renters with the information they need to successfully navigate their options. Intuit Big Tech Direct To Consumer Donating funds to support the people served by organizations that are providing relief during this uncertain time – the United Nations COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Also providing extra support to a select group of non-profits who are delivering funds and healthcare services to people around the world. Matching employee donations 2:1 for 15 non-profits in 6 countries around the world. JPMorgan Chase Large Bank $50 million philanthropic investment to address the immediate public health and long-term economic challenges from the COVID-19 global pandemic. $5 million to provide immediate healthcare, food and other humanitarian relief globally; $2 million to existing nonprofit partners around the world that are responding to the COVID-19 crisis in their communities; $8 million to assist small businesses vulnerable to significant economic hardships in the U.S., China and Europe. The remaining $35 million will be deployed over time to help the most vulnerable communities and people recover from the crisis and have an opportunity to benefit from future economic growth. Mastercard Worldwide Payments Mastercard Impact Fund, Wellcome and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, are jointly committing $125 million in “seed funding” to develop treatments for coronavirus. Mastercard also contributed $300,000 to the China Development Fund and encouraged global employee donations to Give2Asia with a 1:1 match. Learn More
Money Management International Nonprofit – Supply Chain Project Porchlight disaster recovery program: 25x increase in volume in the last month, both from partner referrals and directly from consumers. Meeting with clients whose concerns are compounded by regional weather-related disasters, including earthquakes, tornados, and flooding. National Disability Institute Nonprofit-Supply Chain On 4/14, launched the Financial Resiliency Center – understanding that COVID-19 will have a devastating impact on the disability community’s financial and personal health, we are here to help. NeighborWorks Nonprofit – Supply Chain Awarded $4.78 million in emergency flexible grants to 239 nonprofits to help continue their vital services to the people they serve. Learn More
OneMain Financial Monoline and Marketplace Lenders Contributing $500,000 each to the CDC Foundation Emergency Response Fund and the FeedingAmerica COVID-19 Respond Fund, which supports food banks across the country. Providing free interactive education starting next week on the OneMain website for K-12 students, including a range of content from budgeting and saving to entrepreneurship and business skills. Oportun MOnoline and Marketplace Lenders Committed a total of $250,000 in donations to directly address this pandemic, including $150,000 in charitable grants for community-based efforts by nonprofits serving the most vulnerable families impacted by COVID-19, and a $100,000 grant to the Oportun Employee Assistance Fund. SaverLife Nonprofit – Supply Chain Using proprietary technology to respond directly to businesses and employees in need. Through partnerships with other nonprofits, including Neighborhood Trust, financial services providers and others, SaverLife made the first $1,000 payment to struggling families on Friday, April 3 – more are happening every day. Actively tracking the impact of COVID-19 on working families through transactional data – monitoring this crisis’ effect on savings, debts, income, spending, the impact of government stimulus payments, and more. Prudential Financial, Inc. Insurance & Wealth Donated 153,000 face masks—including 75,000 n95 respirators—for health care workers in New Jersey Committed $1.5 million in funding for local businesses and community support, both in the U.S. and internationally. Learn More

TD Ameritrade Insurance & Wealth – Pledged $1 Million to the CDC Foundation’s Combat Coronavirus Fund – Pledged $500,000 to Feeding America’s COVID-19 Response Fund – Opened up our Community Grants Program to organizations impacted by and/or working to meet urgent local community needs resulting from COVID-19. – Increased our employee Matching Gifts Program from a one-to-one match to a two-to-one match for donations to any eligible nonprofit organization from April 8th through May 31st. – Encouraging Associates to continue utilizing our Dollars for Doers program to support eligible nonprofits of their choice, via virtual and/or socially distant volunteer opportunities. – As a member of the American Red Cross Disaster Responder Program, made a proactive annual commitment of $250,000 to ensure Red Cross can respond immediately whenever and wherever help is needed. – Accelerated the launch of our online financial literacy education for youth through our collaboration with 4-H. Unidos US Advocacy Organization Canceled/postponed events and all non-essential travel and requested all staff work remotely. They are also updating a bilingual Spanish/English webpage with updates on COVID-19. Meeting virtually with our Affiliate leaders in a listening session to learn more about how this crisis is impacting their organizations and how the Latino families they serve are being affected. Wells Fargo Large Bank The Wells Fargo Foundation will distribute $175 million in donations to help address food, shelter, small business and housing stability, as well as to provide help to public health organizations and is creating the Coronavirus Pandemic Financial Resilience Resource Center to help 100 million people with disabilities and chronic health conditions with financial counseling.
