The Prudential Foundation has given more than $1 billion in grants to nonprofits – 21% of which are focused on expanding access to affordable banking and other financial inclusion initiatives. Of the $1B, over $450M have supported racial equity and justice issues for communities of color. Prudential is further accelerating Black economic empowerment by investing in historically Black colleges and universities, cultural institutions, and small businesses.
