Registration Information

Registration Fee
The registration fee includes breaks on September 21-23, breakfast on September 22 and 23, lunch on September 22, receptions on September 21 and 22 and access to any event materials.

Payment Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  A confirmation email will be sent once registration has been processed. For early bird discounts, special rates, or promotions, registration must be completed prior to the offer expiration date.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

  • Peace of Mind Policy: If you are no longer able to attend in-person in Los Angeles after you register, you may cancel for a full refund of your registration fee or send a substitute from your company in your place.
  • How to Cancel/Substitute: The deadline to receive a full refund is Monday, August 22, 2022 at 11:59 PM CT. Substitutions can be made at any time. Requests must be submitted in writing to emerge@finhealthnetwork.org
  • Travel Restrictions: If COVID-19 travel restrictions imposed in the state or country from which you are traveling prevent your in-person attendance, we will work with you to credit the registration value toward a future event or refund the full amount. Requests must be submitted in writing to emerge@finhealthnetwork.org.
  • Hotel and Travel: Canceling your event registration will not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations. If staying at the Loews Hollywood Hotel, changes and cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your arrival.

Discounts
All discount offers are valid for new non-Member registrations only and cannot be applied retroactively to existing registrations. No refunds on current registrations will be issued other than those which qualify for our Peace of Mind Policy, as listed above. Organizations registering four or more attendees are eligible for a group discount. Prior arrangements must be made by emailing emerge@finhealthnetwork.org. All group registrations must be received together to qualify for a discount. Discounts will not be applied retroactively. Group discounts do not apply to speakers, sponsors, or exhibitors and cannot be combined with any other discounts.

Scholarships
We believe that cost should not prevent anyone committed to improving finhealth from attending EMERGE Financial Health. To address disparities and remove barriers, we offer a limited number of scholarships to cover event registration for eligible finhealth innovators. Scholarships have been awarded at this time. Media Passes
Are you a journalist/broadcaster, blogger or podcaster covering the financial health industry and interested in attending EMERGE Financial Health? Media may be eligible for a complimentary or discounted press pass. Please complete the EMERGE Media form and Naomi Adams Bata, Vice President, Communications will be in touch regarding your submission.
